The Suites
There are two luxury multi-room suites at Moorfields, The Totara and The Tui. Both suites are situated away from the main residence allowing as much privacy as desired, and overlooking the tennis court and fields.
The suites have been cleverly positioned to make full use of the winter sun for warmth but allowing enough shade throughout the summer months to keep them comfortable. Both have controlled heating and air conditioning so that guests can maintain their desired room temperature at all times. They have been beautifully constructed with large windows and slate flooring. Both luxuriously appointed bathrooms have heated towel rails and underfloor heating.
Breakfast
Continental breakfast is provided in your suite for self-service so that you can eat in privacy if you wish and at a time that suits you. There are common areas available to enjoy breakfast with your hosts or other guests if you would prefer company and time allows.
Your breakfast is a selection of cereals, fresh bread, preserves, fruit, yoghurt, juice, coffee and specialty teas. Cooked breakfasts are available on request.

Our standard check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 11 am. For arrivals and departures outside of these times please advise when making your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to amend your plans, please contact us as soon as possible. Being a small bed and breakfast we are reliant on advance bookings.
Cancellations made from the time of booking confirmation = 10% cancellation fee of total booking price.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date = 30% cancellation fee of total booking price.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival date = 100% cancellation fee of total booking price.
